TASTING NOTES

Valpolicella Superiore La Bandina è un vino rosso secco prodotto da Tenuta Sant’Antonio, appartenente alla DOC Valpolicella. La filosofia produttiva dei fratelli Castagnedi si basa sul massimo rispetto per l’ambiente e su una particolare attenzione posta in tutti i passaggi della filiera, affiancate ad un’approfondita competenza enologica. Nascono così i loro vini, tra cui il Valpolicella Superiore La Bandina DOC, che è prodotto con un blend di: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta e Croatina. La fermentazione avviene in contenitori di acciaio inox, a cui segue un affinamento in tonneaux nuovi di rovere francese per 24 mesi. Ne deriva un vino che al calice si presenta colore rubino abbastanza intenso con una leggera unghia granata. Al naso esprime sentori di frutti di bosco e ciliegie, accompagnati da note di erbe aromatiche e liquirizia. In bocca è equilibrato e rotondo, con tannini morbidi e buona freschezza.
