L’azienda Tommasi coltiva con amore la storia del vino, distinguendosi tra le realtà vitivinicole venete per una grande produzione di vini e il forte senso imprenditoriale della famiglia fondatrice. L'azienda conta oggi 195 ettari di vigneto di proprietà, un traguardo importante, dedicandosi alla produzione di vini rossi pregiati. Il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore della famiglia Tommasi è un vino in cui eleganza, equilibrio e struttura convivono perfettamente. Valpolicella Ripasso è un blend composto da uve Corvina, Rondinella e Corvinone. Il corpo e la morbidezza di questo vino sono dovuti all'affinamento di 15 mesi in grandi botti di Slavonia e al metodo produttivo del Ripasso che prevede la rifermentazione del mosto sulle vinacce dell'Amarone, così da donare maggior carattere al vino. Nel calice si presenta con un rubino vivo, mentre al naso esprime buona complessità, spaziando da fiori appassiti, spezie e frutta rossa.
