L’Azienda Lisini si estende nel versante sud di Montalcino, precisamente ci troviamo nella frazione di Sant’Angelo in Colle. Grazie alla sua ottimale esposizione dei vigneti ed all’influenza delle correnti marine ci troviamo di fronte ad un particolare microclima, estremamente differente dalle altre zone del comune. Lisini-Clementi rappresenta una delle realtà storiche di Montalcino, presente sul territorio fin dalla metà del XVI secolo. Attualmente i nipoti Carlo, Lorenzo e Ludovica sono gli eredi che continuano a seguire l’azienda. Il rosso di Montalcino è un vino rosso toscano è ottenuto dagli stessi vigneti del Brunello di Montalcino in quanto il produttore può scegliere, durante la vendemmia e l'invecchiamento del vino, quale parte di esso destinare alla produzione, senza attendere il periodo di quattro anni previsto dal Disciplinare del Brunello. Il rosso di Montalcino Lisini è un vino rosso che si distingue per il colore rosso rubino con un’ottima lucentezza, con profumi molto intensi di frutta a bacca rossa, ciliegia, e un floreale elegante come una rosa. Il sapore è caldo e asciutto, leggermente tannico. L’invecchiamento viene eseguito in botti di rovere di Slavonia di volume variabile per un periodo di 6 mesi. The Lisini farm has very ancient origins. Its history has been carried on by the family of the same name, which has been able to carry on its wine-growing techniques and secrets from generation to generation. This knowledge has been passed down like a precious commodity, and still contributes to the creation of high-quality Tuscan wines. A unique and special character characterises the production of this company, which, with its famous Brunello, succeeds in conveying the best of the territory in every glass. The company itself is located in the province of Siena and, to be precise, in the hamlet of Sant'Angelo in Colle, a short distance from the centre of Montalcino. Here, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, there are over one hundred and fifty hectares of land, twenty of which are dedicated exclusively to vineyards. The unique characteristics of the land and the climate of the Maremma contribute to creating the perfect environmental conditions for quality wine growing.
