Since its founding, the main goal of the Polvanera winery has been to create Pugliese wines of the highest quality, making the most of the characteristics of the soil and its precious resources. The winery itself, born in the heart of Puglia, was dug into the limestone rock at a depth of eight meters below the ground. This allows excellent preservation of wines, which also refine over time due to the constant temperature.
