TASTING NOTES

Rosanoire is a 100% Pinot Noir vinified in rose according to the free exercise of style. The must remains in contact with the skins only a few hours to give a rosy color, after fermentation and a short rest in steel will go into the bottle. The screw cap guarantees fragrance and precision, once poured into the glass releases a bright pink color, vivid and intense. The nose smells of cherry, rose and orange, it is fresh and inviting. The palate is crisp, fresh, vibrant. The fruity tones are repeated in the mouth with vigor leaving the taste pleasantly clean. To be paired with a vegetable tart or a Milanese cutlet. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
