La cantina Ca' dei Frati è un punto di riferimento vinicolo della zona del Lago di Garda, una realtà produttiva di grande qualità conosciuta già nel 1782 come luogo dei fratti perché di proprietà della curia vescovile dove si produceva vino, e che dal 1939 che ha conquistato una grande reputazione in tutto il mondo grazie alla sua produzione ricca di successi, primo fra tutti il Lugana, uno dei vini italiani più ricercati al mondo. Il Lugana I Frati di Ca' dei Frati è il simbolo della cantina, fresco e vivace, da bersi giovane, ma da apprezzare anche dopo anni di affinamento quando raggiunge un’evoluzione decisa delle sue note minerali. Prodotto interamente da uve Turbiana, anche detta Trebbiano di Lugana, provenienti da viti che raggiungono i 40 anni di età, che dopo un’attenta selezione, vengono fatte fermentare e affinare in acciaio, per poi riposare in bottiglia per 6 mesi. Dal giallo paglierino, al naso è di grande piacevolezza, elegante e al contempo leggiadro, fragrante e dalle note fruttate, floreali e minerali. Il sorso, fresco e fine, si arricchisce di una sapidità minerale che invoglia la beva e ne alleggerisce il corpo piacevolmente pieno.
