Tellus Chardnnay is produced from vineyards located in the municipality of Castiglione in Teverina, whose vineyards are carefully managed in the different phenological phases, allowing an optimal maturation of the same. The Chardonnay was harvested during the first week of September, is immediately subjected to a cold cryomacerazione and fermented at low temperature to express at best even its peculiar olfactory notes. Then the wine is kept on its lees until it has been prepared for bottling. Straw yellow with green notes, Tellus Chardonnay reveals inviting notes to the nose, typical with citrus notes and white flowers. The taste is round, pleasant and sour. Excellent in combination with liver pâté or seafood recipes based on fish, shellfish and shellfish. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
