Fondata da Donato Giacosa, l'azienda Carlo Giacosa è situata nella zona del Barbaresco in 5 ettari di proprietà. Oggi l'azienda è gestita da Maria Grazia Giacosa che coltiva nelle proprie vigne varietà autoctone come Nebbiolo, Barbera e Dolcetto. Il Langhe Nebbiolo Maria Grazie di Carlo Giacosa è un vino rosso prodotto da uve 100% Nebbiolo coltivate nel prestigioso Cru Ovello a Barbaresco. Le uve vengono vinificate e fermentano in acciaio a temperatura controllata; segue poi un affinamento per 6 mesi in botti di rovere e per 3 mesi in contenitori di acciaio. Alla vista si presenta di un bel colore rosso granato con riflessi rubino. Al naso sviluppa un bouquet intenso e composito, con note fruttate. In bocca è secco, minerale, dotato di buon equilibrio e buona struttura. Il Langhe Nebbiolo è perfetto da bere in abbinamento a primi piatti al sugo, paste ripiene o formaggi di media stagionatura.
