TASTING NOTES

Lamole di Lamole is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area. Chianti Classico is one of the most famous and significant places in Italy for the production of great Tuscan red wines. The company, which since 1993 is part of the Santa Margherita group, with about 57 hectares of vineyards where, in addition to Sangiovese, have been planted over time both native vines such as Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera and Trebbiano Toscano (used only for Vin Santo) International varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Alicante. Chianti Classico DOCG Lamole Blu di Lamole Label is produced with Sangiovese 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels and French barriques of different passage. In the glass it has a nice intense ruby red color, on an olfactory level are evident notes of cherry and berries, with a floral finish and spicy spice. In the mouth it is full, juicy, rich and has a very important roundness. This red wine is ideal for drinking it every day, it goes very well with red meats.
