Siamo nel cuore della produzione del Chianti Classico e oggi, dopo anni di dedizione e passione, Frank è il proprietario di una tra le più apprezzate cantine produttrici di Chianti Classico, coadiuvato da una squadra locale oltre che dai suoi due figli. Tra i tanti riconoscimenti, nel 2007 e nel 2009, la rivista di settore statunitense Wine&Spirits ha incluso, infatti, il Molino tra i cento migliori produttori di vino al mondo. Da allora, un successo dietro l'altro. Il nome dell’azienda è frutto dell’abbinamento tra Grace, il cognome dei padroni di casa, e l'iconico antico mulino a vento risalente al diciannovesimo secolo che campeggia negli ampi spazi verdi della tenuta alternandosi a splendide opere d’arte. Prodotto da sole uve Sangiovese, questo Chianti Classico vinifica in acciaio ed affina per circa 12 mesi tra barrique, tonneau e botte grande di rovere di Slavonia. Di un color rosso rubino splendente, rilascia nette sensazioni di visciole, more di rovo, foglie secche, china e ritorni balsamici. Bilanciato al palato dove i tannini risultano maturi e l'acidità rende agile il sorso. Ottima la persistenza gustativa. È un vino rosso toscano ideale per i pasti giornalieri.
