L'azienda Val di Suga nasce nel 1969, quando una società di proprietà di Aldo Moro acquisisce i terreni agricoli collocati a nord di Montalcino andando a piantare i primi ettari di vigna. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG matura in botti di rovere di Slavonia da 50 ettolitri per 24 mesi e 12 mesi in vasca di cemento. Costituito da uve 100% Sangiovese, si presenta al calice di colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi granato. Si apre subito al naso ricco e complesso: con note di ciliegia scura, chinotto e violetta. In bocca è fresco, setoso ed elegante, con una precisa struttura tannica. Il finale è molto persistente con un piacevole retrogusto di ciliegia e cioccolato. Abbinamenti perfetti con il Brunello di Montalcino possono essere piatti a base di selvaggina come stracotti, brasati, a base di cinghiale, faraona o anatra ma anche arrosti di vitello e suino. Val di Suga

The history of Val di Suga began in 1969, when a company owned by Aldo Moro acquired farmland north of Montalcino and planted the first hectares of rows. In 1982, Val di Suga started wine production, equipping itself with a vinification winery. The first vintage to enter the market is the Val di Suga Brunello Riserva 1977. Rapid viticultural and oenological growth began immediately. Since 1994, the Angelini Group has been giving a new impetus to Val di Suga, which is now award-winning and internationally recognised for the high-quality of its wines.
