TASTING NOTES

Questo vino rosso è un blend di vitigni autoctoni del Veronese, la Corvina e la Rondinella e per essere tale deve essere prodotto solo nella provincia di Verona. I due vitigni vengono coltivati nei terreni adiacenti alla cantina, a Castelnuovo del Garda. Le uve vengono vendemmiate alla terza decade di settembre e, fermentazione e maturazione, vengono svolti in acciaio. Si utilizzano solo i lieviti spontanei, la malolattica viene svolta spontaneamente e i travasi svolti all’aria aperta per favorire il naturale evolversi del vino. Viene imbottigliato senza filtrazioni e rimane in bottiglia per 3 mesi. Il Bardolino Poggio alle Grazie è un vino dal colore rosso rubino con dei riflessi porpora. Mirtilli rossi, fragoline di bosco e lamponi, peonia e ginepro, sono i profumi che subito arrivano al naso. Il sorso è strutturato e di spessore, dal finale ammandorlato.
