L’azienda Le Vigne di San Pietro è una piccola realtà posta sulle colline moreniche di San Pietro a Sommacampagna, tra Verona e il lago di Garda. La tenuta di circa 10 ettari nasce nel 1980 per volere della famiglia Nerozzi, Sergio e Franca. L’azienda si trova in un microclima che subisce l’influenza del lago di Garda ed ha un terreno calcareo, morenico, di origine glaciale, ricco di minerali che dona al vino un’importante struttura e mineralità. L’azienda, infatti, si contraddistingue con vini dai colori trasparenti, con profumi sottili e un’importante mineralità. Le varietà presenti nei vigneti delle Vigne di Santo Pietro sono Garganega, Trebbiano, Trebbianello, Manzoni Bianco, Cortese per le uve a bacca bianca, Corvina, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot per le uve a bacca rossa. Il Bardolino DOC delle Vigne di San Pietro, è un blend di uve Corvina, Merlot e Rondinella, che vengono raccolte a mano nei primi mesi di ottobre. Vino rosso che affina in vasche d'acciaio per 6 mesi e termina il suo percorso con un riposo in bottiglia di almeno 3 mesi. Questo è un vino rosso veneto dal carattere fine e delicato che si presenta con un colore rosso rubino scarico. La freschezza e la fragranza di frutti rossi guidano l'olfatto, insieme ad una nota floreale di viola. In bocca emerge subito questa importante freschezza di beva, con ricordi di frutta acerba come il ribes, una leggera speziatura di pepe nero ed un tannino composto.
