Protagonista della storia di Fumane e della Valpolicella Classica, la Famiglia Allegrini si è da sempre impegnata a diventare custode dei territori in cui opera, della cultura e delle tradizioni. Grazie a importanti innovazioni in ambito viticolo ed enologico, con uno sguardo sempre orientato alla storia della vite e del vino, Allegrini riesce bottiglia dopo bottiglia, annata dopo annata, a valorizzare i suoi 150 ettari di vigneti che danno alla luce vini unici e di prestigio, risultato del raffinato stile aziendale e della vendemmia delle uve che crescono esclusivamente nei terreni di famiglia. La ragione del successo la si trova nell’Amarone della Valpolicella che esprime al meglio il connubio fra tradizione enologica e rispetto delle materie prime. Frutto di un’attenta vendemmia manuale e della successiva surmaturazione naturale in fruttaio delle uve tipiche, quali Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella e Oseleta, questo vino rappresenta l’eccellenza produttiva della Valpolicella. L’Amarone Classico della famiglia Allegrini è un rosso di notevole vigore e intensità, potente, complesso e finemente elegante. Nel calice è di un accattivante rosso rubino e stupisce al naso per le note di frutti rossi in confettura, sensazioni di viola appassita e accenni di caffè, cioccolato e tabacco. Il sorso è in equilibrio assoluto, morbido, fresco e dai delicati tannini. Perfetto in tavola per accompagnare piatti di carne e brasati oppure da godersi da solo.
