Elena Walch è un'azienda vinicola di spicco dell'Alto Adige a conduzione famigliare, fiore all'occhiello della produzione vinicola italiana e rinomata a livello internazionale. Promotrice di qualità ed innovazione, Elena Walch ha contribuito a guidare la rivoluzione qualitativa altoatesina guadagnandosi così una grande considerazione locale ed internazionale. Il Lagrein Riserva Vigna Castel Ringberg, 100% Lagrein, fa una macerazione di 10 giorni sulle vinacce con successiva fermentazione malolattica in legno. Matura per 20 mesi in barriques di legno francese e successivo lungo affinamento in bottiglia. Si distingue per il suo intenso e profondo color rosso granato ed il suo raffinato e fruttato bouquet: aromi freschi di mirtilli rossi, ribes e ciliegie si uniscono a delicate note di tabacco e di cioccolato. Tannini morbidi e vellutati. La sua struttura fresca e speziata, l’eleganza giovanile e tanto fascino uniti alla persistenza minerale e stimolante convincono al palato.
