Nature and authenticity are a binomial often difficult to conjugate in the world of wine.

Baron Sigmund von Kripp founded the Stachlburg wine estate in 1990, in the Partschinser area in Alto Adige: he was among the first strong supporters of organic farming, without neglecting the use of the most modern wine-making techniques but asserting the importance of the combination of tradition and avant-garde.

The task is made easier by the terroir in which the vineyards of the farm are located: the peculiarity of the climate, the features of the land, the exposure to the south of the mountains facilitate an optimal ripening of the vines and a perfect wholesomeness, which is a necessary condition in order to obtain quality wines.
